"Overall a very nice place in a very nice neighborhood. Minor inconveniences; we weren't able to close the slide door to the smallest bathroom, and; we couldn't get the outside controls to the garage door to work. Everything else was great. Thank you."

"This was the perfect mini romantic weekend getaway from the busy city with such generous and sweet hosts (and their precious dogs!). The gorgeous backyard was spacious with so much room to lounge by the fire pits, run around, hit golf balls by the net, bbq, and much more. The pool and jacuzzi are both charming and relaxing, perfect for what we needed in a getaway. The guesthouse itself was also spacious and lovely, with plenty of room to feel comfortable and relaxed. "Great spot right next to the freeway for easy access during our stay in the LA area. Rooms were clean and spacious, bathrooms were nice, good kitchen area and living room area. It was a great nook of calm and peace right in the thick of LA. Backyard was nice, although we didn't really have time to use it. My boys enjoyed playing soccer on the front lawn. Rugs and living room furniture could use a cleaning. But overall, we really enjoyed staying here."

"This house was recently remodeled and they thought of everything a guest might need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen and two bathrooms well-equipped. The push button door lock is easy to use, no fumbling with a key and lock box. Parking is easy, and the location could not be better. Grocery stores are close by, and a CVS is right around the corner."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It was better than we had expected by far. The property was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location was absolutely ideal. We used it as a 2 night stop for a cruise and didn’t have a vehicle but it was easy walking distance to both the beach and 2nd Street shops and restaurants. "The owners were wonderful with communication. The house was very clean and well kept up . The front of the house was beautiful with garden for privacy . They got back to us super promptly with any questions. Close to Burbank and Hollywood and only hour and half away from Disney ."

Getting to the laundry was confusing, but the owner helped us when we had questions. "The property accomodated us very well. One king bed and 1 twin bed for the 3 of us. It was nice to have the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars, is because the street out in front of it was closed and there were a lot of homeless people and trash. "
