Staff is very friendly, the room is kept clean, and food was amazing. The staff were however lovely and accommodating. Service was exceptional. They carried it our bags. Food was amazing and gorgeous. Rooms were prepared for snacks and bed when we were out. It was my first time with a public bath, but I felt comfortable. The bath was the perfect temperature. The only issue was we (us) waited too long to figure out the light switches. I did not know how to turn off the light near the window, so that was left on all night.
