### The newly renovated 3-storey detached villa

Hello, we are Candy & Anthony, from Shanghai and Singapore, we moved our family from Shanghai to Kyoto because of our love of Japanese culture. We follow the hospitality of the Japanese tea ceremony of "one period and one meeting", and firmly believe that the distance and separation every time is due to fate, no matter where the guests come from, they will repay the same warm and trusting heart, cherish this short gathering, and leave long memories.  
In this spacious feature home, all enjoy comfort.  
Newly renovated detached viewing villa with parking, each bedroom has oversized windows and excellent lighting. Open plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor for family and friends. An elegant small Japanese garden that will give you a sense of Japanese Zen. The viewing terrace of the master bedroom on the second floor is the highlight of the whole house.  
The house has its own parking garage with a height limit of 1.76 meters  
We checked in at 3 pm and checked out at 10 am. If you need early check-in, late check-out, luggage storage, etc., please contact us in advance and we will do our best to arrange it.  
We have an experience hall in the Gion area where you can experience a series of popular Japanese cultural experiences such as tea ceremony, ikebana ceremony, kimono dressing, Japanese sweets making, bento making, and sake tasting, all in a language you are familiar with. Guests of the Residence enjoy special preferential treatment.  
We offer lunch or dinner service for guests who want to experience Japanese home cooking, which must be booked in advance.

The interior decoration of the Hidden Qingshui is Western-style, equipped with high-end floor heating, 3 bedrooms and a real wooden double bed for you and your family to have a good rest; The open kitchen and dining room are fully equipped with kitchenware and tableware, so you can cook a delicious meal and experience the life of an ordinary Japanese family while traveling. A small terrace on the second floor overlooking the mountain gate of Kiyomizu-dera Temple.  
We only provide whole rental services, even if only 2 people stay, we do not sublet to ensure the peace of mind and comfort of guests; Japanese-style garden and bath, 1000-count Egyptian cotton bedding, haute couture bath towel towel set, etc., will make you feel at home during your travels.

: Children under 6 years old do not occupy a bed and are free of charge; Children aged 6-12 need to occupy a bed and are charged half the price of adults; Children over 12 years old will be charged at the adult rate.

of Service1. During your stay in a machiya, please be sure to take care of the personal and property safety of you and your accompanying passengers, and if any injury or loss occurs, you will be responsible and responsible for it.

(1) The use of firearms that may cause fire is prohibited in the Hidden Water House.  
(2) Smoking is prohibited in the area of the hidden water of the residence.  
(3) Since the Hidden Water is located in a residential area for ordinary residents, any noise and other behaviors that may cause inconvenience to the surrounding neighbors are prohibited.  
(4) You can cook in the hidden water, but you cannot use open flames, such as candles.  
(5) It is forbidden to engage in other negative behaviors such as gambling in the hidden water of the Luo Mansion; Visitors are prohibited from entering the room, and they are not allowed to move, replace, or take them out of the villa or use them for other purposes other than designated purposes.  
(6) It is forbidden to install other items on the house itself and its equipment, or to move its equipment to other locations.  
(7) Please use the equipment in the house according to the prompt label, if there is any uncertainty, please contact the staff of the house as soon as possible to understand how to use it, do not touch the place without the prompt label, if there is any damage to the interior of the room and facilities, you need to compensate yourself.  
(8) Please keep the key properly after moving into the house, and if you lose the key, you will be compensated.  
(9) If the bed and bed sheets are stained with stains or oil stains that are difficult to treat, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.  
(10) Items and facilities in the room can only be used free of charge during the stay and cannot be taken away at will.  
(11) When bathing, please adjust the water temperature according to the instructions for use in the house to avoid burns.
