Check in process was quick with friendly staff, and located a very short walk away from Kyoto station, with the offer of luggage delivery to the Machiya. The Machiya itself is situated a short walk from a couple of train stations in a quiet area, and is a excellent building, with nice design and the room itself was spacious, clean and all the facilities required.
