Booked 3 rooms, and they were quite small. One room had a smell of body odor that was present throughout the stay. Service and staff were helpful. The kitchen staff were great, we barely made it in time for dinner, and they stayed open to serve us ramen, which we greatly appreciated. The front desk staff helped us coordinate luggage shipping through Yamato shipping, but this hotel does charge a 10% fee to do so. Lots of great restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. The Nishiki market with lots of shopping is also close.
