We also have paintings and decorations that will make you feel Japan. The living room is on the first floor, making it easy to enter and exit. The room has a kitchenette, bathroom, toilet with washlet, and free WIFI. The interior has a high ceiling and is very open. Since it was built in 2018, the room facilities are very clean. The surrounding area is full of tourist attractions such as Toji Temple, Umekoji Park and Kyoto Aquarium. Access to Kyoto Station is also possible at one station. There is also a city circulation bus, so transportation is good. Cherry blossoms bloom in the spring in front of the facility.You can fully enjoy the cherry blossom trees. The 1st and 2nd floors are completely independent, so they can be used as private rooms, or you can share the whole. Each room is equipped with a kitchen, toilet and bathroom, so even a large number of people can stay comfortably. A shame that the decor is ruined by trying to fit in as many people as possible as it would look really nice with proper furniture. The sofas/mattresses are not exactly comfortable and make TV viewing something of a challenge, but I guess you can put up with it for a few days. Quite noisy as it's right by the road and freight trains are passing just across the road. Easy to reach but not exactly central and not much in terms of shops/restaurants nearby. Still there is a nice weekend market in the park down the road and the train museum and acquarium make for a good destination on a rainy day. ##### Jennifer J.
