Wasn't expected not to have lift and no cleaning. Will be better if no cleaning and there is at least a magic clean mop so we can clean the floor on our own. Stayed for 5days 4 nights and only briefly saw the reception once during check in and once in the 2nd morning. Subsequently, nobody can be seen even if its during the official timing of 9am to 5pm as stated. Additionally, I witnessed the another party were in trouble as well. Not only us couldn't step into the hotel. Le personnel est gentil et fait ce qu'il peut pour faciliter le séjour.
