It is a 15-20 minute walk to Kyoto station, and a 5 minute walk from Kujo station. Also busses are easily accessible from this location. The price is very good, and the rooms are large for Japan. It has a kitchenette, and washing machine. The staff is very nice. I would stay there again.

One of the nicest places to stay in Kyoto. The family room is large with a little kitchen to prepare hot meals, very close to Kyoto station.
