Room was quite, clean, and has nice amenities in room (free water, coffee, tea, toiletries) & lobby (bread, instant soup, coffee, ice cream). AC in tatami room area quite dusty and carpet wasn't very clean. Walls need new fresh coat of paint as there are many scuff marks & some dirt/stain.
