Location, location, location
Apartment is small (entry/kitchen and sitting/bedroom) - it’s Japan! The location is fabulous. Bed is comfortable. Follow the pictures they send to find the building (impossible otherwise). “Pocket WiFi” means password is on the router (though it is now probably included in the info sent). I left behind a necklace. Good news: it was delivered to me in Tokyo. Bad news: cost was JPY 5000 (courier cost was less than JPY 500).

This is a fantastic apartment I have ever stayed. Highly RECOMMEND! Walking distance from GION and Yasaka shine. Also, it costs 1k yen for taxi from Kyoto station, super convenient for people who are moving with a lot of luggage and 450 yen taxi to Hankyu line for Osaka trip. The place have everything u need, even a first aid bag. a little but thoughtful host

The property is located in Gion and is convenient to walk around the area. About 15 mins walk to subway station. Property is decent and clean. The only thing we wish they have is a washer. And to also suggest a tall mirror somewhere in the apartment since the only mirror available is the one in the bathroom to make it easier to get ready. And maybe to have an umbrella would be nice. It rains a few times during our 3 days stay. Not a big deal, just it would be nice to have. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
