Property Summary  
This cosy, rustic country house named "Kern" is a detached vacation rental situated at an elevation of 400 meters above sea level in Nové Město Nad Metují, Czech Republic. It offers a fenced private property spanning 1,200 square meters, complete with a garden lawn, trees, and a meadow. The property boasts a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, with a depth ranging from 120 to 180 centimeters, available from May 16 to September 26), making it an ideal destination for your holiday rental.  
  
Outdoors  
The outdoor amenities are truly exceptional, with a hot tub, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, badminton court, and a volleyball court available. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the arbour, pergola, or garden furniture while taking advantage of the barbecue and fireplace facilities. Children can have a fantastic time at the on-site playground, which features a slide and swing. Additionally, the complex offers a bar and a trampoline for added entertainment.

Conveniences include roofed parking for two cars and an EV charging station. Guests can find a shop just 300 meters away, and a supermarket is located 9 kilometers from the property. The "Kvasiny" bus stop is only 30 meters away, while the "Solnice" railway station is 2 kilometers away. Outdoor and indoor swimming pools are available within 9 and 12 kilometers, respectively. An ice rink and an additional children's playground are conveniently located 9 and 500 meters away, respectively. A common room with a bar, pool table, darts, wood burner, and a small dishwasher is available for a fee of 1000 CZK per week. The first 30 KWh of electricity consumption is included in the price of your stay.

There are four bedrooms in total: one room with a French bed (170 cm) and satellite TV, another room with a French bed, a third room with a French bed and satellite TV, and a fourth room with four beds and satellite TV. Additionally, there is a billiard room with an open-hearth fireplace, a kitchen corner, and a bar.

The house is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. The open kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a bath/shower and two separate toilets. The property also offers a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot. Internet access is available via WiFi, free of charge.

The kitchen is further equipped with additional appliances such as a waffle maker, two freezers, two coffee machines, a fryer, a portable hot air oven, a hot dog maker, and a soda stream.
