"The beds were the best! I have fibromyalgia that affects my hips, I slept very well in the bed with no discomfort! Firm but with a pillow top that I wanted to bring home. My only wish was for waffles at breakfast. I liked the soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower and at the sink. Staff was Very friendly."

"I think this is a great value. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. Rooms have been very clean. Great shower. Everything worked as it should. Nice pool too! Near multiple places to get breakfast or dinner."

"Our first impression was disappointment. No Pics of the outside I assumed it was a house. Old Motel. Neighborhood had run down houses nearby. BUT during the weekend found out that it was actually a safe area according to locals. The Motel interior was remodeled and very clean. Pros: Clean! Comfortable bed Quiet area Cons: No place to hang clothes No coffee for the coffeemaker (owner provided next day though. No bag to bring home dirty clothes."

"The owners communicated well and were very nice. The room was clean with plenty of space however amenities were limited. No hair dryer, no kleenex, the heater/ac was noisy and the room needed a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. Hot water was only lukewarm and it took forever to warm up. The fridge and microwave and coffee maker was much appreciated."

"There was a person driving around the room with an ATV after dark. PIT BULL DOG IN FRONT WHEN WE WERE READY TO LEAVE. We gave at least 4 hours notice of our arrival but the manager was 30 minutes late for our check in. Need shelf in bath room and a table near the closet to set luggage. "

The hosts provided extras like snacks and a variety of coffees, hot chocolate, etc. We were close to the lake and enjoyed walking along a lakeside path. There was a lovely patio where we were able to sit & enjoy the views including a group of deer who strolled by."
