"We came to stay at Ramayana after having a couple of nights at a luxury resort in Ubud, and the Sita Room was not at all a step down in luxury from where we'd just come. We very much enjoyed our stay in our lovely room, plus the large balcony with day bed added that extra bit! Our only complaint is that we weren't automatically asked when we checked in whether or not we'd be wanting to book things to the room and so a deposit was not taken at the time of checking in. This became a problem when we started trying to book drinks/food/etc to the room and were unable to. A trip to reception with credit card (or cash if you'd prefer) was all it took to rectify, but still feel this is something that should've been discussed at check in."

"It was my first trip to bali with my family and mum and we had a wonderful experience staying at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The view was breathtakingly gorgeous as Kuta Beach was just across the hotel. (We took 2 rooms with the ocean view by the way) . We were welcomed with a nice ginger flavoured drink while waiting to check-in. I requested them to do up a mini birthday decorations for one of the rooms to surprise my mum since it was her birthday, and my mum was delighted with the surprise ( a small cake, together with the birthday banner, flower arrangement and a birthday towel cake shaped). Breakfast at daily social was also good with good mixture of local, western and indian varieties. The staff were all friendly and helpful (especially Didi from Daily Social who gave my children bead bracelet with their letter initial) which made our trip so wonderful. Lastly, location is also great as it is located near beachwalk mall and cafes, so convenient. Highly recommended. "

"I arrived a bit after midnight, the Desk attendant was very accommodating and friendly. The bells man was courteous and extremely helpful with my luggage and explaining the amenities of the room. Breakfast was in time and delicious. Free shuttle back to airport was on time and courteous. Room size was Deluxe, clean, with balcony that overlooked pool. Staff very helpful, always smiling and very kind."
