Loved this property! Staff were fantastic. Had a few issues with the room and fixed immediately. Pool fantastic. Location is great with restaurants and shopping very close by. Will definitely book again!

The room has no towel racks, didn’t know were to put used towels. But the hotel changed the towels and linen everyday, I guess that resolved the problem. There was constant noise in the ceiling. It sounded like rats or some animals in the ceiling fighting. Will recommend they check that out ASAP. Room254 Water leaking at the side of the toilet bowl in the bathroom. Room254. The room lacked few amenities like, microwave for heating up food, an iron and ironing board and mini sachet milk for tea. The staff were quite polite, said hello all the time, greeted you with smiles and, are always available to help. But there were instances that I felt like I was being laughed at when there was a sudden bast of laughter after quick exchange of words in Balinese language when I approach the front desk. I could be misunderstanding the situation. Overall, lovely place for a vacation trip but wouldn’t recommend for a business trip.

When we arrived there the staff were very helpful, The next day we went up for breakfast as ot was part of the booking, was No Western style breakfast you had to wait 30 to 40mins for eggs to be cooked the staff meanwhile were very friendly and helpful, we booked another night in same room.and were chaged $120.00 a night afyer staying there for 13 nights already when booking online it was $64.00 but converted into USA dollars it cost $120.00 Aussie Dollars Our sheets were only changed twice in the 13 days there We had to pay $50 for New Years Eve Dinner which they put alot of effort on decorations its ashame they didn't do the same for the food especially when u had to eat there regardless i dont think i will.stay again as i went for a peaceful holiday and you had kids swimming in the pool.at 6.30am in the morning screaming and crying when u trying to sleep and no one said anything to the family in the pool.that early in the morning so no i dont think ill b staying there again......

I have been staying at Sol house every year since 1990. It is close to Kuta shops very central the staff very friendly and helpful. Sol house rooms are very clean breakfast has a big variety I will continue to return for my holiday every year

The hotels grounds were beautiful, the room was nice but the bathroom was smelly! That’s the only thing I couldn’t give a too mark for! The staff, grounds, breakfast were awesome!

Great location. Clean rooms. Staff would come back and service room if you werent ready when they arrived, which was great. Express laundry (3hrs) through the hotel which was great for the last day. Staff always helpful when we needed anything.

This hotel is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach but there is lots to see on the way. The pool is lovely and most of the rooms overlook it for a nice view. There is a section of rooms that do not look over the pool but are around a nice quiet outdoor area. It is great to have the choice of a quiet serene area for your room or overlooking the pool with music and fun. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. There was some obvious spots of wear and tear, that were in need of repair. But I think the lack of income over the covid shut down has slowed down repair and I do believe it will be repaired as soon as they get back on track financially. Our rooms were clean, safe and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
