Beautiful hotel,very clean nice size rooms.Service in dining room and bars excellent,food very nice and a lot of variety all day.Only downfall reception staff ok at check in and check out anything in between not very helpful.

Amazing property on the edge of Agean Sea.. the hotel offers all inclusive option at great prices which are simply much more than just value for money.. comfy rooms are splendid and outstanding cleanliness.. we had a sea facing room where we witnessed beautiful sunset.. breakfast lunch dinner everything awesome.. private small beach mind-blowing.. seaside huts extended over sea offers Maldivian touch.. Heaven for photographers

Liked the quiet pool area, plus liked the choice of food. Did not like that the gym was not ready for use while I was there. There was no decent TV I could watch in my room, or even in a main bar area. Wanted to watch Champions League football, but no where screening it. Very poor for a 5 star hotel. My shower had black mould in it, the same as two other guests I befriended had in theirs. When I complained about the above, the guest manager offered to send someone up to clean it, but that would have needed a deep clean with chemicals, and not just a wash through. She also said she would get back to me regarding my interest in viewing my football interest, but never got back to me. I left the hotel to find a better one. This I did, and at one third of Le Bleu’s prices.

I loved the view from my room. The sea view room was amazing. Very nice and clean hotel however it should be all inclusive. While it was only breakfast and dinner. But the price was reasonable and i had nice experience.

Our stay was good although the rooms are very small and we wanted two single beds and we got one which we could separate but only one set of bed clothes we both had treatments at the spa which were excellent there were no soft drinks in the fridge but overall it was nice

The Hotel is situated at a nice location but bit far away from city center. The best views are from junior suite rooms. However, the noise isolation in between hotel rooms is not good. I can hear guest in the next room talk, hear door of the closet being closed etc. not good as I could not relax when you hear constant chatting noise coming from the next room. I therefor had to ask for change of room and luckily the hotel was empty so they moved me to a room above! I wonder if there was no room available then I had to put up with a loud neighbor next door and that would have ruined my stay. Bath room doesn't have any hooks to hang cloths, in shower there is no place to put shampoo you have to either hold it in your hand or put it on the floor, these are small bits missing.

Our hotel serves with 50% capacity due to the pandemic. So we make room changes in case guests have any complaints. we immediately changed their room because of their complaint about noise. There is hook to hang cloths in bathroom. and also in balcony there is hook to hang wet cloths too. There is mini place to put shampoo at the corner in shower. Maybe our guest may have overlooked the small details. It is our most important mission that our guests have a happy and comfortable holiday. We hope that our guests will come to our hotel again. IT IS A NICE RESORT WITH LOTS OF TOURIST COMPANY TAKING BREAK IN THIS HOTEL. BREAKFAST FOR VEGETARIAN IS NO GOOD AT ALL BUT THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL TO ARRANGE FOR YOU FROM THE KITCHEN IF INFORMED IN ADVANCE. THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE IS THERE IS NO PROVISION OF BASIC MEDICAL FACILITY AS MY SON MET WITH A SMALL ACCIDENT WHILE DOING JET SKI AT THEIR RESORT AND WAS BLEEDING THEY DO NOT HAVE BASIC FIRST AID KIT AT THE JETTY, I RUSHED TO THE RECEPTION THEY SAID THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK AND WHEN I LOST MY HEAD AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER ONE MR SARGE HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE, ON MY FRUSTRATION THEY FINALLY AGREED TO OPEN SOME DOCTORS CABIN BUT WITHOUT EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE THEY JUST SHUFFLED THE DRAWER AND CAME BACK WITH SIMPLE GAUGE. I DID COMPLAINT TO THEIR GUEST RELATIONSHIP LADY CLAUDIA SHE SAID SHE WILL LOOK INTO IT?? I WONDER HOW TURKISH GOVT. GAVE LICENCE TO THEM IF BASIC MEDICAL KIT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT WATER SPORTS NOR AT RECEPTION AND THEIR EXCUSE OF SAYING THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK AND HAS NOT BE REFILLED WAS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. REST ALL THINGS WERE GOOD.

I hate to sound like a little Englander but this hotel does not cater very well for Brits, as a few other reviews have said. Food is very much aimed at a more European market. Entertainment non existent on 2 or 3 nights. No information anywhere we could see advising what was on and when. Very nice location but let down by some poor choices I'm afraid. Would not return.

Nice stay, not too busy and quiet location.
We stayed with our two teenage daughters in August for a week. We were amongst only a few British people there but the staff spoke pretty good english. It was easy to get beds by the relax pool every day and there was rarely a queue in the restaurant. Food was pretty good but I would not compare it to other 5* hotels we have stayed in in Turkey. However, we always found something we liked and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very close to ladies beach but quite far from the city centre. However, there is a bus route no. 5 connecting the city centre to the hotel. There was a group tour which checked in on the same day and the hotel was poorly managed to handle so much volumes. The hotel staff hardly knew English which was a surprise to us. Hotel service was also of a inferior quality. However , the breakfast spread was good.

AWFUL hotel
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Avoid this place. Freezing, terrible food, bad hotel service, mismanaged with incapable staff. WE are on the 4th floor and we can still here the discoteque playing bad music all night, every night. The food is cheap and disgusting.

Great base for exploring or just to relax.
Pre arranged hotel transfer was not waiting on arrival, but this was a simple mix up over which terminal we would be at and was quickly sorted by one phone call to Guest Relations rep. Cristina, who was very informative and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel room and corridors very clean with daily maid service if required. Plenty of good food, and a lobby bar open most of the day. Two or three pools, again very clean, as well as a games room, which was a little short of games! Large pool table but use was extra (20TL per hour) and cue ball was more than a bit rough. Overall we were both very happy with our stay.

Nice View and Room but Little Else
The room (a suite) was clean, bright and spacious. The check-in girl was friendly as were most of the staff. But there are several staff members that let the team down. Especially those that make you wait for anything you ask for for ages. It's like the drinks or food is coming out of their wage. Stingy. Food is bulk and uninspiring! The all inclusive is a joke when it comes to drinks. Only a few local thing a free. Everything else is extra, even fresh orange juice at breakfast! Overall very disappointing. Seems just a hangout for the masses of those that just want to drink beer and each sub-standard food.

Holiday at Le Bleu Hotel & Resort
Le Bleu Hotel & Resort is a great hotel to spend a few days or more. Even in the mid-October it was still warm enough to swim. The hotel design is well thought-out, the service and the food are excellent. While there were small glitches, like wi-fi hardly ever worked in the room on the 4th floor, overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great Hotel
This is an amazing hotel and I am someone that is normally very critical. The pools are spotless, the staff attentive and the facilities are brilliant (including a good choice of english,french and german tv channels in the room and good wifi) The food is of a very good standard, cocktails are freshly made - as are the snacks at the pool bar (try the fajitas!!) and there is a very wide range of drinks available. Although it is only 200 yards from Ladies beach, the venue is quiet and tranquil except by the activities pool -where the animation team make things more lively :). Its a Great place for a getaway or a couples/group holiday. This place is so good that we stayed here twice this year and will certainly be back next year if we can afford it!

Nice spot for a quiet vacation
There are only two negative thing abort this resort 1) it's location is kind of isolate, it's really hard to go to city center. 2) foods are always the same, tasteless and there's too much line for it

Good hotel.
Really good stay with good food and drink. Minor irritations were loud outdoor disco outside our room 8am until late every night (ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel) and locals blatantly pushing in at bar and restaurant and being served by the staff. Also, some bar staff were fairly miserable. Other than that, great room, great food, great all inclusive set up and nice outdoor space.
