Dear Partner; Firstly, thank you very much for our guest's good thoughts. Our hotel's the distance is 3 km from the city center. all of the rooms and general areas are have been renewed. Our hotel serves with 50% capacity due to the pandemic. So we make room changes in case guests have any complaints. we immediately changed their room because of their complaint about noise. There is hook to hang cloths in bathroom. and also in balcony there is hook to hang wet cloths too. There is mini place to put shampoo at the corner in shower. Maybe our guest may have overlooked the small details. It is our most important mission that our guests have a happy and comfortable holiday. We hope that our guests will come to our hotel again.
