Welcome to Sea Ya, a 4 bed 3.5 bath property with wonderful ocean views! The top floor is an open floor plan with living room, dining area, kitchen, and a half bath. The double sliders offer a wall of glass with a huge view of the ocean! The living room has a large sectional, a 65" TV, and a sound bar. The dining table seats 8 plus 4 more at the kitchen island. The kitchen has a beautiful farmhouse sink, touch faucet, wine fridge, Keurig/drip coffee maker, toaster oven, loads of counter and cabinet space, and stainless appliances! The middle floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views and an on suite bathroom with dual sinks and tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds plus a twin trundle bed. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, outside patio, and full bath. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the hallway. All bedroom and the living room have Smart TV's and the Spectrum app for local channels We have parking for three cars including a garage and two spaces in the driveway, an outdoor shower, and a large propane grill. The community pool is gorgeous and only 1-minute walk! The beach access walkway is adjacent to the building with a short 2-minute walk to the sand. We supply the bedspreads, pillows, bedsheets, bath towels, and even the beach towels. Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM This is a no smoking property. You must be at least 25 years old to enter into a rental contract This property is an end unit of a triplex building. We charge a $225\. non-refundable pet fee Primary Bedroom: King bed Second Bedroom: Queen bed Third Bedroom: Queen bed Fourth bedroom: bunk bed with two twins and a twin trundle bed NOTE: While this is a dog friendly property, The Town of Kure Beach only allows leashed dogs on the beach from October 1 - March 31\. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from 9AM to 5PM from April 1 - September 30\. During these times, you must have on your person a bag or container for pet waste until it can be properly disposed of. Said bag or container must be produced upon request by anyone authorized to enforce this ordinance. You can walk your dog on the beach year round in two areas: Freeman Park on the north end of Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher State Recreation area, just south of the house. It continued to get off balance, luckily when the property manager came the first time we learned how to reset the elevator. While this continued to happen during our stay, the most concerning was when my elderly father with mobility issues was stuck between floors. With much effort he found the emergency exit latch and we were able to help him out. The Keurig was not working, but there is a regular coffee maker. The outdoor hose sprayer handle has a screw that continued to loosen and then wouldn't spray. Fix multiple times during out week. Other than that, we had a fantastic vacation with our family! We were fortunate enough to watch a turtle nest hatch during our stay. Sea Ya is a perfect location for our family! Besides all that we had a fantastic vacation ##### Jodie S. Over the last ten years, we’ve stayed at numerous rentals and worked with various rental companies. David and his team are by far the best property management company we’ve ever worked with. From the moment we walked into the house, it was pristinely clean. Like spotless. You can tell they have a lot of pride in making sure their rentals are well taken care of. The amenities made such a difference as well - all of the appliances, storage containers, good pots and pans. And, the good quantity of beach chairs and wagons was wonderful!!!! Reviewer Comments: There was a mix up at the beginning about our reservation. Owner had not checked that it had been rented late and had let friends go. It was cleared up quickly and our vacation was nice. Great views of ocean. Easy and close access to the beach. Only recommendations for owner would be to put a chair or bench in bedrooms. Hard to use high bed to get dressed. Also to make it more handicapped or disability friendly one walk in shower could have a fold down chair and a handrail. Also a handrail at one of the toilets would be great. Shades/curtains on the sliding glass doors in living room would help with being able to see the tv when sun is shining bright. It was furnished with beautiful furniture. Great outdoor furniture on top deck to enjoy a meal or just relax and enjoy the view. Additional outdoor furniture for other outdoor areas would be an added plus. One of the main reasons we chose this property was due to taking my 93 yr old mother who uses a walker and this property has an elevator. She lived in the area growing up and wanted to make one more trip. So hard to find a property that had elevator and also dog friendly. Reviewer Comments: this house was a breath of fresh air. we have been staying in Wrightsville beach houses for years now and have had the most horrible nightmare dirty houses. we are so glad we found this house. it was everything we had wanted in a rental vacation home. everything was provided and very, very clean. all the bathrooms were super clean and not any mold in sight. the kitchen was fully stocked and super clean as well. there is a vacuum and other supplies provided. the sheets and towels are soft and got a good sleep. the views from the main deck of the house is great. the house is very close to the beach and the community pool is great for the kids. our kids loved going to the pool and they made friends with other kids staying in the other townhomes. would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay at this house again next year. ##### Rajal H. The location was great as it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool. It is small so we adjusted our schedule to take our kids there in the morning because it does fill up in the late afternoon. My 18mos old grand twins stayed in pack and plays in the bedroom next to bunk bed room. My daughter and her husband had the main floor bedroom all to themselves. The kitchen was great. Plenty of space and openness to the main room and balcony. The only issue we had were the flies in and around the garage and garbage bins. Unfortunately some previous guests did not clean grill well enough and there were flies in that as well. I would definitely come back to Sea Ya! Thanks! ##### Cindy J.
