Our vacation rental is located on the oceanfront, giving you access to an expanse of stunning beachfront views at the southern tip of Pleasure Island. Enjoy the amenities of the resort, including multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills, and playgrounds for the kids. The day we got there we never received a text or phone call to tell us our place was ready I had to call to see what was going on and we didn't get into the condo til after 6 sometime. I did a load of laundry and the washer was broken and wouldn't drain the water and it took 2 days for someone to come look at it and they couldn't fix it, so it stayed filled with water our entire stay. Finally on thursday someone came and picked our clothes up to wash them. This place also wasn't very clean at all, you would think during this pandemic they would clean things better, all the windows were dirty. The guest room the feet on the bed were broke so the bed is crooked and the guest bathroom the towel rack was starting to fall off the wall so you were afraid to use it. The master bedroom the furniture needs upgraded. All in all great location needs some upgrades and a better cleaning staff ##### Carrie M.
