Be aware that this is not a true full service hotel, and you can get much nicer accommodations for the same price at the properties next door. Very bare bones service and rooms, rooms had ceiling water damage and terrible temperature controls, balcony door did not lock, bathroom only has two in one soap.

Very clean but not a lot of amenities. The pool looked nice but no one was using it. This property is at the end of the esplanade but still very walkable to all things for Cairns.

A warm welcome on check in with really friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room, well equipped and with a lovely view from the balcony. Free parking and having a guest laundry available was a bonus. The hotel is a short walk from everything, but just on the edge of the main drag so it was nice and quiet at night. We really enjoyed the 4 nights we stayed here and would certainly recommend it to others.

The property was being renovated so the entry was not as mice as it would become. However it was very clean, the staff was accommodating and it was close to the major sites.

It was a nice stay in this hotel. There is a construction so there was no swimming pool and the hotel is only accessible from the side, but it wasn't a big problem for us. The receptionists were nice too.

A very pleasant hotel with walkable access to shops and restaurants and the esplanade walkway. Some construction still being worked on but not noisy or too much of a disturbance caused. Would definitely love to stay here again!
