### Villa einola by Interhome

60 km north-east of Kuopio, Lake Syväri 500 m, without own shore, public shore 0.85 km. In Nilsiä city situated two-storey wooden villa, totally renovated 2015\.   
  
Downstairs: kitchen, dining area and living room, possibility to made 2 extra bed in sofa-bed (140 cm). Covered veranda, utility room (washmachine and tumble-dryer), washroom, sauna (electric stove) and 2 toilets. In dining room is wooden warming oven.   
  
Upstairs: 1 bed room with double bed and child bed (75 cm x 190 cm) and 2 bed rooms with 2 separate beds. WC, shower and lounge area with kitchen and sofa-bed (140 cm) for 2 persons. Upstairs there is also dishwahser, fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave oven and TV. In house mechanical ventilation.   
  
Charging an electric / hybrid car is not permitted. It is not allowed to bring the hot tube.  
  
Included in price:  
ERV cancellation insurance  
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-01-21 - 2026-12-17)
