Cosy, comfortable country house "Skyberga Torp", 2 storeys, from the 20th century, built in 1920, renovated in 2005, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 7 km from the centre of Kumla, 26 km from the centre of Örebro, 223 km from the centre of Stockholm, in a sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 400 m from the edge of the forest, 11 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 900 m2, large garden with lawn 500 m2 trees. Motor access to 15 m from the house. Width of access road: 500 cm. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house at 15 m on the premises. Shop 7 km, grocery 7 km, shopping centre 22 km, bus stop 6.3 km, railway station "Kumla" 7 km, sandy beach 11 km, grass beach 11 km, bathing lake "Tripphultssjön" 11 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, minigolf 7 km, sports centre 7 km, fishing possibilities 20 km. Nearby attractions: Kvarntorpshögen 20 km, Örebro slott 27 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vättern 35 km, Hjälmaren 17 km. Please note: fishing \[permit required\]. Property ref. SE2170.602.1 is situated on the same property.  
"Skyberga Torp", 3-room house 123 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, with sloping ceilings, very tasteful and cosy furnishings: living room 25 m2 with open-hearth fireplace. Dining room 25 m2 with dining table. Exit to the garden, to the veranda. Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, steamer) with Scandinavian wood stove. Upper floor: living/sleeping room 45 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 15 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Heating, electric heating, air-conditioning (100 litres). Wooden floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Small terrace 18 m2, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
