If you are looking for a serene place from all the busting city noise yet close in proximity Kumasi's most popular tourist attraction (Lake Bosomtwe) and to other major places such as as the Baba Yara Sport stadium, KNUST, China Mall, Kumasi Mall, etc. then this is the right place. Home away from home! This property has free private parking and free Wifi. The space The house is fitted with modern amenities. You will have access to the lower level with three master bedroom styles rooms, fully furnished, a huge living room, modern kitchen, and a study area. All rooms are fully furnished, have air conditions, its own bathrooms with water heaters in the bathroom, and comes with bed linen, and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, toaster, dishwasher, a microwave, cooking utensils, and dishes. The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies (Sugar, lipton, milk, etc.) to last you for few days and make your stay a memorable one. There is a caretaker on site who will be available for cleaning and making the place during your stay if you desire. This property has a terrace, free private parking, free Wifi, and a standby generator for emergency lighting. The property has 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, large kitchen, a study area, and living room. The listing is for the main level which has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, and the study area. Guest access All space and amenities at the lower level. Other things to note Note: To adress frequent power outages, there is a standby generator ready to provide lighting and power essential items such as the fridge. Here is the frequency thw generator will run on assuming all a day power outage: Morning: For any one hour time frame of the guest choice. Afternoons: For any one hour time frame of the guest choice if the guest is at the property. Evening: From 7 pm to 12 midnight. The place is fitted with security cameras in common areas but not private spaces such as bedrooms. Guest will be given a key to a side door only and not the main security gate. The caretaker can open it if desired.
