This hotel is near Kumamoto Castle which was the reason I got there. The room is quiet and comfortable with a good bed. We stayed only one night there. It is very easy to access this hotel from the Kumamoto railway station by tram. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It is very nice hotel. Our room was very huge, clean & very nice. Breakfast was very very good. Hotel staff are very kind & thoughtful. We will definitely stay there again

not worth the money
check-in was not very pleasant ,a straight face asked for our passports when I used English, later his attitude turned to be a lot better after my wife talked to him in Japanese. it is a clean business hotel located in a very convenient place, walking distance to shopping arcade and Kumamoto Castle which by the way is closed to the public in most of days weekly . one thing I do not like the hotel room is that the toilet is not in an isolated area in washing room, not only the privacy but also the smell incurred by using toilet is an embarrassment .

Remarkable experience.
It was amazing. I stayed two nights. It was newly renovated. Staff was nice and professional. They provided quick check in services. Location is great. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Kumamon Square is just opposite the hotel.

Great location with spacious rooms
Very spacious, excellent location. Hotel is a bit outdated but higher floors are currently under renovation and will be open in March 2019. Room had a nice view of the wedding chapel. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, Kumamoto castle.

Paper thin wall, quite noisy at night
Close to Hakata station, but the service is not welcoming indeed. No need to try the breakfast, just cafe type and seldom refill. Will not come back.

One night stop over in Kumamoto
Clean room, comfortable bed and huge bathroom. Convenient location - walking distance from the Kumamoto Castle and all the shopping arcades. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate.
