Ostseebad top hotel
Awesome hotel. Great view. Spa/sauna was amazing. Beach was busy, but clean and very fun. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was on the top floor with a wonderful view. Great. Great. Great. Highly recommend.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage direkt an der Ostsee. Zu empfehlen sind die Meerblickzimmer. Im angeschlossenen Kübomare kann man morgens vor dem Frühstück im warmen Meerwasser schwimmen und ab 8.30 Uhr mit weiteren Hotelgästen an der Wassergymnastik teilnehnen. Super! Das Frühstück und das Servicepersonal waren ausgesprochen gut. Einer Beschwerde wegen des Hotelzimmers wurde umgehend abgeholfen. Das Hotel wurde wohl 2010 eröffnet. Die Hotelzimmer sind noch im gediegenen Stile eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert, aber nach dem heuten Zeitgeschmack sicherlich nicht modern. Ab 14.00 Uhr steht die Saunalandschaft zur Verfügung. Entgegen der Interneseite des Hotels waren aber nicht alle Saunen geöffnet. Auf einer Tafel im Saunabereich steht dann, wir haben heute folgende drei Saunen für sie geöffnet. Es gibt dort keinen Saunaplan für Aufgüsse. Man ist sich selbst überlassen. Annimation, Saunarituale usw., gibt es nicht. Personal war im Saunabereich so gut wie nie vorhanden. Auch wer nicht Hotelgast ist, kann dort eine Eintrittskarte kaufen. Ein Gast aus Kühlungsborn kannte die örtlichen Gegebenheiten und konnte daher einen Aufguss organisieren, den er selbst durchgeführt hat. Unverständlich war auch, warum die Seifenspender auf den beiden Toiletten im Saunabereich nicht befüllt bzw. defekt waren. Ansonsten waren die Toiletten aber sauber, obwohl eine Kontrolliste zur stündlichen Hygieneprüfung nicht ersichtlich war. Auf Beschwerde wurde zumindest ein Seifespender ausgetauscht.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Saubere und schöne Zimmer. Wir hatten Meerblick. Am besten 2 oder 3 Etage. Frühstücksbüffet sehr umfangreich. Spabereich sehr groß, hier und da sollte mal eine Glühbirne ersetzt werden. Kamin in der Erdsauna war leider aus. Aber sonst alles auf hohem Niveau. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Leider ist der Wellness Bereich in die Jahre gekommen. Er ist zudem noch total ungemütlich gestaltet/gebaut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, aber leider nicht von hoher Qualität (z.B. alles Aufbackbrötchen, etc.) Das Personal war aber durchweg freundlich und bemüht! Trotzdem würden wir leider nicht wiederkommen!

Wir reisen seit Jahren nach Kühlungsborn und haben das erste Mal ein anderes Hotel, das Morada Strandhotel, ausprobiert. Nie wieder! Es fing schon beim einchecken an, das unsere Reservierung nicht vorlag und das Zimmer dann auch nicht fertig war obwohl wir später angekommen sind. Nach 2 Stunden warten dann endlich ein Zimmer. Beim betreten leider festgestellt das die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig ließ. Bad noch nicht komplett sauber, Zimmer nicht gesaugt... Wir waren enttäuscht. Es zog sich weiter mit vielen Pannen beim Frühstück und Wellnessbereich. Wir haben vor Ort um ein Gespräch gebeten auf das man nicht einmal angenommen hat... Schade. Wir werden Kühlungsborn treu bleiben aber nicht mehr in diesem Haus, was meiner Meinung nach keine 4 Stern plus verdient hat.

Bei uns funktionierte die Dusche nicht. Der Duschstrahl wechselte laufend zwischen heiß und kalt. Auch eine Regelung über die Armatur wsr nicht möglich. Bei leichtem Verstellen wurde das Wasser entweder sehr kalt oder sehr heiß. Ein Techniker konnte den Fehler nicht beheben. DAS DARF BEI DEM ÜBERNACHTUNGSPREIS IN SOLCH EINEM HOTEL NICHT PASSIEREN!!!
