You live in a 62m ² large 3-room apartment, located on the ground floor. The living room is furnished with a seating area, flat-screen TV, stereo dining area and kitchen (stove, dishwasher). From the living room you enter the furnished west-facing terrace. 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed), a second east-facing terrace and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial supply. WLAN optionally available, non-smoking, no pets allowed, one parking space, bike shed AN OASIS IN THE GREEN IN A QUIET CENTRAL LOCATION The complex "Wohnpark an der Mühle" in the Cubanzestrasse was built in 1996\. The apartments can be reached in the individual houses via external wooden stairs. These and many other wooden elements give the "Wohnpark an der Mühle" complex its own style. Each apartment has a spacious terrace or balcony, sometimes two, which invite you to relax. In this extensive complex there is also a barbecue area, a gazebo and some games for children. Our guests have a washing machine and a tumble dryer available for a fee in a separate washhouse. Each apartment has a car parking lot, partly as a carport parking space. OUR TIP FOR BIKE FRIENDS: Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "MY BIKE BY THE SEA" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. Großes Manko: Die Mieter wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, das man mit bestimmten Telefonanbietern -ausser Notrufen- keine Telefonate führen kann. Im Radverleih war das bekannt, da ein Verstärkermast abgerissen wurde und das der Zustand sich erst im November ändert. Auch bei der Tourist-Info bekamen wir keine derartige Auskunft.
