A reasonable hotel
Staff were polite and friendly. Room was reasonably appointed but is in a serious need for a refurbishment. Breakfast basic, being limited, but still good. Wifi free and reliable.

It is near to famous historical sites, therefore very convenient. However, the facility is older and needs updating. My group booked many rooms, and a number of them were damp and moldy. several requested change of rooms. Our booking indicated non-smoking rooms requested, but this was not honored, and my room had ash tray. The hotel is was listed as 4-star. Hence, there is an expectation of certain quality threshhold. Otherwise, it can be a very nice place. At least, the staff were all very nice, welcoming and helpful.

On 1st day check-in I called Receptionist @10.30 pm to seek for House keeping to send a towel and a pillow. I called again for the 2nd time after 15 minutes no delivery from Housekeeping. I gave up 15 minutes after when there was no delivery and call was not pick up by the receptionist
