Super séjour
Hôtel très bien situé, très propre à l'intérieur, bon petit déjeuner (plus pour les asiatiques, mais j'aime), très réactifs en cas de problème dans la chambre, excellente literie, excellent wifi dans la chambre. Un seul bémol, les vitres de la chambre très sales à l'extérieur, on voyait vraiment mal au travers.

Though the location was great the apartment suite room condition was in poor maintenance: the kitchen had minuscule appliances/serve-ware/cutleries; broken kitchen dish drying rack; water/leak-stain in the carpets in living room and dining room (one of the living room stain was even still wet when we arrived); in the main master bedroom there's a mold-stained ceiling leak above the sink; leaky water taps; mold/blacken corking in all the bathrooms/sinks; some non-working light bulbs etc. Generally not maintained.

Former glory days gone by. Urgent repairs needed.
The hotel has seen glorious days but today it is a sad reminder of how not to run an establishment. Everything need a complete redo, though the quality of the finishing is good, like marble masonry. And solid furniture. Carpets, curtains, fixtures and aircon are all outdated and breaking down. Hope they can renovate this place soon.

Lovely staff and lobby and great location. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are in dire need of an update . Ours had a very old , musty smell also . Unfortunately would not return because of the aged , stained rooms .

good location but dirty room
Aircon vent has a thick layer of dust and air of room smells musty. Room cleanliness in that sense leaves much to be desired

As noted by others , unfortunately , a once, very majestic hotel ( is only 25yo ) is now very dated and in need of major refit. However , the rooms are large ,clean and the bed very comfortable ( if you like a firm bed ). Nothing else compatible for the location and price

The room is too bad ,looks too old not maintain well, I suggest the hotel need to maintain more,looks not clean But the staffs in the hotel everyone is very good service That is what I like

There was a leak from the roof. Water was dropping every other second. I was only there to stay one night. I chose not to use the wardrobe as I do not want me or my belongings to get wet.

Glad I chose this hotel because it was close to a shopping mall and close to a museum I wanted to visit. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

disappointed to stay at this hotel
not good. couldn't access the wifi. cleanliness so bad. toilet light and the light under the table were not functioning. Car park very dark. No proper sign to show the "in" and "out" of the car park. The furniture and equipment in the room are very old. Window curtains were very dirty and not working. Paid more for what is expected. not worthwhile. will never consider to stay at this hotel again.

Spacious with good location and view but moldy
The hotel is spacious with great bones. The view was great and the pool facility nice. But there were moldy shower curtains and moldy spots in the carpet. They clearly have a leak somewhere and just don't fix it. The fridge didn't work and the wifi didn't work. The wifi was very frustrating because we expected to be able to work remotely from the rooms one of the days, but we couldn't even get our phones connected, let alone our computer. Wifi does work in the lobby. The location is perfect, just blocks from the waterfront, with the free museum right next door. For a 3 bedroom, for this price and location, it's fine, just don't count on the wifi, and expect mold. It's too bad because it clearly has the potential for a spectacular hotel.

Awesome place to stay
The Room and location is good. Convenient place to stay, near to shopping Complex and attractive place. The room view is not so good due to facing parking space.

I stayed in 2 room suite. The room is considered dirty. Carpet is smelly and many water leakage spots. the aicond vents were not clean. Bathroom so so. None of the window curtain are working. Overall... please avoid this hotel if you have the budet

Slow check in.
Waiting for almost 1 hour to check in. We came at 3.30pm but staff at reception said the room still not ready. There also about 5-6 family also waiting for their room. Only able to check in after 1 hour waited. In the room there should be 3 queen bed, but there was only 1 queen and 3 single bed. Room also not really well prepared such as no garbage plastic in the toilet and no door mat given.

The location is perfect, view overlooking waterfront is excellent. Overall it is neat and well-maintained except the bathroom floor in master bathroom doesn't drain well. The outside toilet is noisy and needs looking into. It needs another lift cos sometimes it is too crowded and had to wait long.

1st i want to complaint about room, in my reservation suppose to be 1 Queen bed n 2 single bed, but when i chk in , they gave me 1 king bed n 1 single bed. I have children which i suppose to place them for 2 single bed. But i was given 1 single bed. At last my children hv to slept on the floor. I am so dissapointed with the answer from Front liner, she said the room was given based on availablity the what happened to my booking... I already request for 1 queen n 2 single bed?! And one more problem, no fridge inside apartment. The hotel really need to improve and renew old thing.... I am so so so dissappointed with my room reservation , the apartment look very old and unattended and gave to me and my family. Plus we are celebrating my son's birthday. I really the management can looked into this matter. Just because im local sarawakian they gave me bad apartment to stay and so not comfortable. I was charged when i request for extra pillow n blanket which im already request 2 single bed but gave 1 single bed. So unfair and im so dissappointed !!
