The Malaysians love this hotel, and as budget hotels go, by Malaysian standards, it's OK. But for visitors to the country they are likely to find that the standards are not quite up to an acceptable standard. It's kind of clean, but the bedding was stained and the room was only made up on one of the three days of my stay. It also has paper-thin walls, so every last conversation or sound from the adjacent rooms can be heard. And I awoke one morning to find the power had been turned off to my room and the Wi-Fi password changed. No-one seemed to know why either had occurred and I received no kind of apology. Breakfast is strictly Malaysian - nasi lemak or bee hoon wrapped in brown paper or bread and margarine with jam, which can be toasted. Decent coffee, if you don't mind it with condensed milk. So, you gets what you pays for, and you don't pay a lot. But tourists visiting Malaysia are probably going to want to pay a little more and get a slightly better service.

im not satisfied the electric will automatically cut off after 12am without any inform.
I have asked for a non-smoking room.
Unfortunately I was given a smoking room since there is an ashtray in the room. What's more the room smells bad. I am or very sure someone or the previous guest has smoke in the room before our check-in
The hotel is nice.
Unfortunately the evening I checked in, there was no water at the hotel.
A very bad experience when you passed water and there was no water to wash yourself and flushed the toilet, not to say you can't take bath over the night.
In such emergency case, the management MUST DISTRIBUTE BOTTLED WATER to EVERY ROOM.
I TOLD THIS to the Staff at the counter, but instead no actions done.
IT A BAD CRISIS MANAGEMENT.
