Our room is spacious with a high ceiling and bedding is good. Best of all is the friendliness of the staff from front desk to bell boy. Easy walk to Mutiara Damansara metro station and this hotel is walking distance to two shopping centres

Need some upgrading for the rooms and facilities. The air conditioner was really noisy, I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Noise from the neighboring mall was coming through the closed windows.

Good hotel within walking distance to MRT and shops. The room was clean although the air conditioning wasn’t quite efficient as it was very noisy . The staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was good with lots of choices

The property needs to be renovated for sure, the staffs are amazing in particular Rajie Simathri was very helpful in changing our rooms to a better ones and making our stay great. the area is nice people are friendly only the minus point is hotel needs to be renovated.

Manager was rude and didn’t show support or resolution to issue. When I checked out 1 day earlier on 9/19, when I asked for a copy of print out receipt, the manager refused. I explained the receipt would allow me to submit to Expedia for refund. The breakfast area was very smelly and noisy. I won’t recommend travelers for this hotel.

Likes: fast checkin and my room was ready before 2pm. Location of this hotel is superb. Facilities are clean. Rooms have good amenities. Good sized swimming pool. Very good breakfast selection. The food is delicious. Can be improved: swimming pool area had no staff and no towels provided. Should inform guests in advance. Some parts of the pool floor were dirty..my room 510's bathroom shower head was lose.

Upsetting.
Firstly, I was upset that our booking was not notified to the hotel, so they had no idea of our arrival and due to that they couldn’t provide our request. As I had a newborn with me and requested for a non smoking room and non smoking floor. The receptionist then promised that they will call us through the room the next day whether or not they could move us to a non smoking room the next day, but we received no call. In fact, I was told the room has been sprayed but when we enter we clearly could smell smoke from cigarettes. And the next day, the housekeeping team cleared out the towels and did not replaced with new ones. And the lighting of the room was so dim, one of the light wasn’t working. Also, if you decide to drive over, they do not validate parking and their carpark is connected to a mall, so when it does get busy, it’s difficult to get parking. I get it you are under renovation, but a change of lightbulbs and allow hotel guest to park at reserved carparks would be great, especially when the drop off area is closed.
