Firstly, I was upset that our booking was not notified to the hotel, so they had no idea of our arrival and due to that they couldn’t provide our request. As I had a newborn with me and requested for a non smoking room and non smoking floor. The receptionist then promised that they will call us through the room the next day whether or not they could move us to a non smoking room the next day, but we received no call. In fact, I was told the room has been sprayed but when we enter we clearly could smell smoke from cigarettes. And the next day, the housekeeping team cleared out the towels and did not replaced with new ones. And the lighting of the room was so dim, one of the light wasn’t working. Also, if you decide to drive over, they do not validate parking and their carpark is connected to a mall, so when it does get busy, it’s difficult to get parking. I get it you are under renovation, but a change of lightbulbs and allow hotel guest to park at reserved carparks would be great, especially when the drop off area is closed.
