Would have given 5 stars if not for the cleanliness. There was a few ants crawling at the bed headboard area. Carpet cleanliness need to be better. The counter staff are friendly. Overall is fine except the ant’s incident. Attached photo of the ant crawling.

Blown away by incredible fully furnished apartment- in excellent condition Full functioning kitchen, dining and living area and full walk-in closet - what a price. The housekeeping lady was rude when I requested a towel from her as she said call 0 for housekeeping , when I called the housekeeping previous night for the towel , it never came. Other than that everything else is good.

Unacceptable to call breakfast buffet and deceives customers - its a small airline tupe meal box with cold hard food in it - only get cuoce of western or malay - absolutely no choice in what you qctually eat as it all packed by them Unacceptable to trick customers with motion sesors to cut off air-condition- was not working and the engjneer said thye wait for cistomers to complain the they reset eh air-condition to swich off motoon sensor only if yhe customer complains its too hot!! Unacceptable to call it an apart hotel ! , the room was very small - onlybone room with ensuite tiny tiny bathroom and a tiny kitchenette inside the bedroom - this is just a small single hotel room and not an apart hotel Will not recommend

The lift was very terrible there.have to take more than 30minutes just to go down.n u have to pay the parking fees everytime u go out charge rm5 on weekends. Need to improve the parking coz customers staying there should be provided by free parking. Others like room and etc are excellent.

Hotel is clean, but communication front desk with hotel guest is very weak. Our booking is include breakfast, but hotel told us not including, after call hotel.com to confirm, Somerset only replace us breakfast at 10 am. And the breakfast just only Nasi lemak😂 we felt disappointed.

A great place and perfectly located in KL.
The nicest place I have ever stayed at!!!!!!!!! I stayed there approximately 1 1/2 months. The suite was perfection. Cleaning was done promptly and efficiently! The staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely book the Somerset as my first choice!!

We stayed at room 2108 for 1 night. We are very disappointed with the condition of the room especially the matress and the pillows. It was terrible. It should be replaced as soon as possible to avoid more disappointment for future guest. Car park is not complimentary at 10RM per entry for guest. Dryer is not working in good condition and clothes cant be dried aft washing. Breakfast was prepared in bento due to govt imposing restricted movement order. The bento set was another disappointment and was given carbonated can drink for bfast instead of fresh apple or orange juice. We wouldnt come back again despite of the reasonable rate.
