Not Entire building but a comfortable mastereom, clean and new asthethic Japanese ryokan apartment with nreakfast and kind experience with friendly host.  
Host Hiroshi will be also staying with you next room for serving and cooking breakfast.   
Tour to hotspring onsen visit and night market visit when no raining. Get to walk around with host Hiroshi around the area include tour to Japan Village and Japan Garden with rental of kimono.
