I had to inform them twice before they willing to service the aircon. This is the first time I experienced after so many travel and stay in hotels book thru hotel.com. Overall the surroundings is good with a shopping mall beside with many great foods and shops. The lake beside is great for a evening walk with family or friends. We were being collected from the hotel at 7:30 so up at 6:00, NO running water, so its off to reception to complain & request a room change, No change wait. OK so we go for breakfast. Not open, opened late at 6:40. OK back to room for a coffee, the kettle doesn't work...... Back to breakfast, to add insult to injury...the coffee the staff had brewed was like piss. Worst of the worst.Our meeting had to be re-scheduled while we were waiting for repairs. However their reception staff are rude and abrupt. The room we stayed in was booked for 3 people, however they asked for more money for an extra bed, despite the fact that we had already paid for 3 people. They had reasonable breakfast at the cafe, however we had to wait for almost 1.5 hours for our dinner, after waiting for about 30mins to order it in the first place. They call this place a resort, however their services don’t match up to even a 3 star hotel! Quite disappointing.
