The bathtub is a bit small for people over 150 lbs, bathroom hardware is a bit cheap and no rain shower. No automated blinds which should also be a standard for five star hotels these days. Elevator is a bit frustrating to operate. Overnight laundry service is not up to par with any five star hotel, told me I can’t get back my clothes until 8pm the next day. Breakfast has a lot of variety, but not necessarily mean it’s good. Room is clean for the most part, sheets are not clean and have stains. Didn’t really complaint since I’m only staying for one night.

A great hotel within 5 minutes walk of the Bukit Bintang Monorail Station and one other train line. Easy acces from KL Sentral station. Modern, clean, and very nice. The breakfast Buffet was good but a little pricy. In the heart of Bukit Bintang, can’t go wrong with this hotel! Thanks for a great experience!!
