My 2nd visit was mediocre, I booked the same type of room but got a smaller room without a window. The room was not as clean and was rundown a little. But the plus side of it was the bed was clean and toilet was quite ok. My 3rd and last visit for me. I thought I would give the hotel another try but to my horror, booking the same room type but getting a small room, it was dirty, bed sheets were stained, staff were not as helpful and the cigarette smell was still lingering in the room. I was not too happy with the condition of the room given so I requested to change. The staff didn't even bother to check if there was a better room but kept saying that they were full already & only had a twin bed room left. I reluctantly took the new room as it had a window and the room was bigger. In conclusion, I am so disappointed with my stay at the hotel.
