There is no reception as it works like private leasing. We had to call the no. listed on the confirmation to get someone to check us in and when checking out. The deposit of RM200 must be in cash. The 3 of us booked a Superior Suite (Premier) and were given a queen size bed and a single bed that was placed in the living room. The living room has a coffee table and a 3-seats sofa with a TV that didn't work during our 1 night stay. The bathroom is inside the bedroom and linked to the toilet which can also be accessed from the door beside the small kitchen. A microwave oven and electric kettle were in the kitchen but we didn't use any of them. Besides the bar soaps, there was shampoo and 2 toothbrush sets and 2 bath towels for the 3 of us. It was convenient for us to stay here as our coach dropped us in front of Times Square at around 5 am.
