Horrible hotel
This is a worst hotel I ever stayed for vacations. The hotel room is very run down. Aircon was very noisy throughout our stay that we could not sleep. Wall was not sound proof and could hear people from the food outlet below talking till early morning even we were staying at level 7. We booked for 3 people in a room but was provided with only 1 bath towel which was very smelly. Fortunately we stayed one night. Will not stay or recommend this hotel to friends.

Worst hotel that I ever stay
Hotel not bright enough. Room having funny smell. Slept around 1:30am n woke up around 2:30am to request to change room because hands n legs were bitten by the insects till swallon . Scary

A hotel situated next to PWTC Tun Razak
The staff were friendly and you don't have to worry about food as there are quite a few choices of Malay foods and they were all delicious. I think they do have nasi kandar but I did not try it. It is next to PWTC Tun Razak but it is a little further from the main PWTC but you can always hail a cab or grab your way there. Overall, the hotel atmosphere and conditions are good but it could be improved by having toilet that does not give odour smell and to monitor on the condition of the room door. We faced it when our room 408 could not be opened easily. Hopefully the staff will give the room 408 a required maintenance. Breakfast was alright. Overall, thumbs up!!

Low budget, no frills hotel
You get what you pay for - a low budget, no frills hotel, OK if you need to be in that area. We were on business at the PWTC, a short walk away. Not near to major tourist areas; Monorail is about 10-15min walk, best to use Grab as its difficult to get taxis on the street. A few good restaurants in the street, but no international choice if you don't like local food. Rooms are OK, kept clean. Staff are friendly, but it can be a bit noisy depending on the tour parties. Free Internet with good speed.

Convenient!
My stay was amazing there. There were plenty of restaurants around the area. It is also only a walking distance to the sunway putra mall which is nice. The area also seems secured and safe. The front hotelier helped me to print out my train tickets also. The room is a bit dusty but its not too bad. Will definitely come again!

Wow. We had a wonderful experience. it has been so long that I visit Leo Hotel and they have upgraded the room now. I got stay in an executive room which so comfyyy.

Room was big and comfortable. We didn't get the water bottles and toiletries which was mentioned included in the price. I didn't bother to ask them though. New building was bit hard to find on the map when we went. It doesn't show exact location.

Nice and clean business in downtown

We have been given two room at building A which is poor ventilation, poor lighting with spoiled facilities at first. After few hours we cannot stand the environment and request for a change of the rooms. The receptionist manage to change our room to Building B which is more appropriate. We are glad that we moved to the better environmental room Thank you.

The cleanliness of the room still can be improved. My toilet floor is wet when I check in, feels like is just done cleaning, it could be better if they can wipe the remaining water to make it look more presentable. Breakfast was good they do provide variety of food which is a good effort, with the reasonable room price it still consider a good choice.

The room and facilities are great but one thing that doesn't meet expectation is the bed. I booked for queen bed room but when reach there, they said no more queen bed and give us twin bed instead. If there's no more queen bed, you should state that there's no more. Simple!

Poorly maintained hotel though cheap
We stayed in a family room with 2 queen size beds. However, when we go in, the floor looked very untidy as the carpet was not thoroughly cleaned. The utensils were also stained and sofa sink when sat upon. The bathroom was too small and the shower head face the toilet bowl. There was no place to put your clothings inside the bathroom or hang anything. However, the hotel staff were polite and gladly assist us to provide extra key to keep our room air con and lighting on when we went out as it smell must when we came in.

when log in website view, there was a bathtub for my booking room, but in fact was NOT !! not allow to change or upgrade. need 30 mins for staff to found their iron for me. Receptionist told me she ready two room of 1 queen size bed for me and my friend, but there was 2 single bed room !! water supply for bath was good.
