I requested for a non smoking floor, was placed in a non smoking room but there was someone smoking in one of the rooms and I was extremely uncomfortable the first night. Staff said nothing can be done although it's a non smoking floor. The night staff's explanation really irked me. She even started lecturing me about how they are not allowed to go to room to room to check on guests due to privacy issues. I did not even request that. All I wanted was for the staff or whoever responsible to check and do whatever necessary. That was a real unfortunate incident. Otherwise, the other staff were excellent. I left a bag when I checked out and the staff kept it safe. Nice room design and room saiz enough for us. Carpark are provided, it is below the the Hotel and outside the Hotel also have alot of space. Room and toilet are clean, aircond cool, TV channel clear. The only thing not good is we can hear a little sound of door closing sound ' iee.....' come from other room when people moving the door, our toilet door also got the iee... sound but not loudly.
