My home is spacious with total home size of 1238 sqft (112 sqm) built up. The home is tastefully renovated, sparkling clean and provide the highest comfort to our guests.  
Strategically located where easy access to explore the city of Kuala Lumpur. It is very convenience to move around the city, within very short walking distance to MRT station, major shopping center, nightclubs, convenient store medical centre and places of interest for visitors.

3rd Bedroom : 2 x single bed   
Living room : 3 seater quality sofa and two comfortable tub chairs, 40 " Smart TV, game console for children and adult, TV box . Rotan horse is also available for kid fun play.

\-All bedrooms, living and dinning area equipped with air conditioner. Ceiling fan in living hall and second bedroom. Standing fan also available in the master bedroom and dinning hall. Total 5 aircons and 4 fans.   
Dining hall & kitchen : A dining table and comfortable chairs for 6 persons, cooking and kitchen utensils, a 2 doors refrigerator, a water kettle, induction cooker and a microwave oven

L' appartement est très propre et en bon état.La climatisation et les ventilateurs ont très bien fonctionnés durant tout le séjour, ce qui est très important vu les températures extérieures élevées.La communication avec le propriétaire a toujours été fluide et courtoise. Il se situe à 5 minutes à pied de la station Tun Razak Exchange.
