The car park uses lifts for the cars, which are quite difficult to get in an out of the car. The bathroom in the room is very small, with the door opening inwards rather than sliding. The guest before me had used the cup to brush the teeth and they dont clean it and they just put the cup back to next guest. Also, i found a clipped nail on the floor.
