Location is superb. I paid in full with Hotels.com but the receptionist insisted that no payment has been made. I did not print a copy of my booking. Quite an old hotel and no refurbished. Quite torn down. Room was not clean with lots of hairs even inside the cups! Unfriendly receptionist. Didnt bother to ask for extension of the checkout time. Rather stayed out then stay in hotel. Staff did nothing to discourage them. A hotel to be avoided at all cost. ##### JL
