Reasonable
Shower is too small and the water spills out. TV lacked channels. Link to Plaza is a plus. Parking was good albeit had to pay with Touch & Go Card.

I hav been staying there since May 24 until now encountered sticky and dirty water made numerous complaints and the hotel front deck blocks my number so I took pictures of the water I’m going to post on line my room was infrequently clean I was even offered a discount for my long time staying there

Nice & spacious, excellent breakfast only complaint, the shower, water gets all over the floor of the bathroom.

Decent choice if location ok/price
Pros: Staff and manager are pleasant, good linen, decent toiletries, large fridge, nice balcony to chill, washer, cooking area and utensils, food and drinks at ground level, convenience store too. Buffet breakfast option but didn’t try. Decent mall linked by covered walkway bridge. Easy to book a Grab. Cons: Rundown for its star rating as most hotel properties in Malaysia, check-in lobby difficult to locate even on gps and rooms are a distance away but they offer bellhop service.

It would have been good if the hotel is more organised. We booked to pay at hotel but they released our room becos it wasn’t paid yet. Then the room given, the aircon. Was not working and hence have to change room. The next room was ok, clean and spacious but the toilet has a strong musky smell. Overall, it’s ok to stay there but can improve to make it a first choice stay.

Absolutely horrible experience checking in everytime. Not once but ive stayed here atleast 15times. Lack of staff. Staffs are efficient BUT just understaffed and overwhelmed.

My family have been staying at Damas Suites and Residences since 2014 whenever we are in KL. Its like second home fir us. The staffs are polite and friendly. Excellent service . We have no complaits only complements. So accessible to wherever we want to go.

Nice and clean apartment
Room is nice but toilet is too small (bath area is half glass covered) so toilet floor tend to get wet when shower. Surroundings is good ~ mall linked to apartment, food not an issue. Overall, its a nice place. Will come back!

Disappointing stay and will not stay again
Check in was slow and unorganized, ppl standing everywhere without forming a queue. Took 30 mins. Gave me the wrong room n bed type. Went to reception n was told they have an issue with their system n couldn’t tell what room type it is. Changed room and saw dust on bed headboard and tons of the chandelier. Light bulbs not working on chandelier. Hair dryer burnt the moment I switch it on. Asked for replacement and waited an hour and finally was told Housekeeping is closed for the day!! Toilet smells like sewage. Honestly for this price I expected better and hotel is in a nice prime location but the shops downstairs is a shame. Next building under construction. Car park was free but it is a pain because you need to walk all the way to reception to validate the parking ticket and walk back to your block n parking lot. The rooms is not in the same location as the reception so it’s a 3 mins walk one way. Overall a crap stay. Will not stay again.

Bed was terrible... developed back pain for slept for 2 nights... the bed wasn’t comfortable at all with flat pillows.. hope the management will change the pillows as most of the pillows were all flattened utensils was so dirty

Walk to Hartamas shopping ctr which has a supermarket and eateries Quiet, felt safe as hotel security guards at bottom of lift lobby - lift need room key to operate Aircon in my room not working properly and air filter needs cleaning Need to take taxi or call Grab - no public transport, location remote from town/isolated - 12MYR Grab fare from Sentral bus station

WORST HOTEL EVER STAYED
NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE. THE WORST. ROOM SMELLS OF SMOKE AS IF IT IS ON FIRE. TOTALLY DIRTY. PICTURES ARE FAKED. CHECK OUT AFTER 3 HOURS AND BOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL.

The aircon could not reach to bed room as only one air-conditioning at living room ..thus, hot at bedroom.

Strategic location
I like how this studio suite is location. Below has a my.new's shop. Jus walking distance there are dining shops and a link bridge to Hartamas. Very close to publika too. Highly recommend.

Cost is reasonable for the room and easy access to the city of KL either by cab or grab. Across the link bridge is shopping centre, very convenient
