Room booked stated i would have a window with city view,, all i saw was large chunks of concrete from building work.right outside the window I paid for a room to view the city. They should not have charged for this. Generally clean. Although i didnt stay there they had a fridge, a safe and clothes washing facilities. Good internet connection. 24 hr reception service. Had to ask for toilet paper and towel. I so loved the minimalistic vibe and the aesthetic of this hotel. We enjoyed our room so much and the hotel staff made sure it was kept well and clean. There was free breakfast for us even though it wasn’t stated that there’s free breakfast when we booked. Lounge areas were nice and the rooftop area as well. Only down side (very minimal) is that it was noisy throughout the day and night as there were a construction of MRT just in front of the hotel but they provided ear plugs in the room. There were dirty shoe prints on the rooms floor. 2. Towels were shedding so much. 3. My sleep was interrupted many times throughout the night. There's absolutely no sound proofing, sound seems to be coming from all corners of room. Suggestion: We were upgraded to a superior room with a garden view - however the blinds were so thin that the light from the garden bothered us while we were sleeping.
