Superb stay for family of 4 ppl at the spacious executive 2 bedrooms. We stayed for 10 days traveling around KL. It’s very close to KLCC mall and plenty choices of restaurants nearby. The staffs there are very helpful and friendly. Enough carpark space provided with only RM10 per day. Definitely will come back again.

The room was comfortable, the gym was excellent, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location was ideal for access to the Convention Center, Petronas Twin Towers and other center city attractions. The breakfast at the adjacent Bodega was somewhat limited, but the staff were accommodating.

Hotel was okay. But tired and slow lifts but not a major problem. Sound proofing was good in that I could not hear any other guests, but not great when it came to traffic noise. Great facilities and fridge with a convenience store next door

Upon arrival, the check-in process was ok, not much information about the hotel's facilities and services. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided in the room were of high quality. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was really bad, with no food display and very limited. Overall, my stay at the Ascott Hotel was good. Rating 5/3

The hotel as an apartment is good and had a lovely massage . The area where it really lets itself down is the breakfast . we ate there the first morning and everything is below standard including coffee which you have to pay for espresso and they don't taste nice . we did not complain but ate at Gravy Baby so don't book breakfast . PS other guests have said the same to me

Nice room, but not good service

Very good location, room is nice. The restaurant was underconstruction, and we had to order breakfast everyday, and the breakfast was not good, although they provided some choices, there would be something wrong at the next morning. And it didn't taste good... I had to order grab food instead. They charged me NTD$1080 for the bad breakfast. The housekeeping didn't do a good job either, the trash was in the trash bin for five days without cleaning. The dishes were washed, but not clean.
