The hotel is setback from the main area and is approximately a 10 minute walk from the beachfront and a 5 minute walk from the mains bars and restaurants. Being setback is a positive though as a lot of the bars and clubs can be particularly noisy and the hotels location avoids this. The rooms are very well furnished and clean. The bathroom is very well fitted and the balconies provide great views over Ksamil. The staff were also very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is fairly basic but it does the job and there is a good range of options.

Great days in Ksamil!

This hotel was a really good deal! Is not beachfront, but in a calm street nearby the restaurants and 15 minutes walking to center beaches. Our room was very clean, comfortable with a balcony and nice sunset view. The pool was refreshing in the end of the day and hotel owners and staff was really nice people! Would stay here again.

Great new hotel, clean and well-furnished rooms, nice view and quiet area. It is also not far away from all Ksamil beaches. The breakfast was maybe a bit basic and could be improved by offering more fresh options and better coffee (was very watery).

INCREDIBLE STAY!! The staff here have been nothing but spectacular from start to finish, professional, personable and super friendly and willing to help make the most of your stay. Dave, the pool and restaurant manager has been a true highlight of our stay, he went out of his way to help my part er decorate our breakfast table for my birthday, every detail taken care of, remembering our specific custom coffee order everyday and just making us feel so welcome. He works incredibly hard and always with a smile on his face and open arms. We also want to thank Debora or reception for her amazing help on my birthday and all of her incredible recommendations throughout the stay, again she went out of her way to ensure we were happy with every detail, she has excellent communication. The rooms at Ori Mare are mordere, simple, clean and worth way more than we paid. The location is at the top of a steep hill so just be aware if you have mobility issues. The pool is beautiful, there are two small pools both quiet with views of the hills and town. All modern and clean. The Bali style furniture is a beautiful touch and offers more of a luxe feel for the price. You are a mere 5 minute walk from the strip with so much choice, and literally 10 minute walk through town to the beach. It’s the perfect location for stunning high up views. Rent a scooter for your stay it’s super cheap, €100 for 6 days it’s gives so much freedom. We recommend this place for couples and relaxation off the main bit.

This hotel was a dream for us. Everything was perfect. The staff were so nice and kind, every single one of them. Because we spent a lot of time by the pool we had plenty of good chats with David who was always attentive, thoughtful and positive. We got an upgrade to our room and witnessed a magnificent sunset over the sea from our room. The room was massive, spotless clean with modern facilities and everything you wish from a hotel. The hotel pools saved our trip to Ksamil because the beaches were overwhelmed with beach bars, and we found it slightly difficult to relax by the beach. On the other hand we had so much fun by the pool on the hot days. The hotel is few minutes up the hill but very central and on average 10 mins walk to the Hand of Ksamil, Bora Bora beach, Ksamil 7, bus stop to Sarandë, city centre supermarkets etc. The breakfast is fresh, delicious, with plenty of options to choose from and the ladies who cook it are the sweetest. When we left early the next day the hotel staff even packed something for us to take away because we had to leave before breakfast time. A hotel that truly deserves its 4 stars.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’Ori Mare Hotel en famille. L’hôtel est bien situé, dans un endroit calme, un peu à l’écart de l’agitation et des bars de Ksamil, ce qui était vraiment appréciable avec des enfants, tout en restant proche des plages. Les deux piscines sont vraiment top et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre familiale, avec deux espaces bien séparés. Les enfants avaient leur coin pour dormir et nous pouvions aussi garder notre intimité de notre côté. Une mention spéciale surtout à toute l’équipe du bar, du petit-déjeuner, de la cuisine et de l’entretien. Ils ont tous été adorables, souriants et très efficaces. La personne qui s’occupait notamment du bar et du service du petit-déjeuner était vraiment très agréable et attentionnée. Nous avons également eu besoin de faire changer le lit de notre fille pendant le séjour et la personne qui est venue nous aider a été d’une grande gentillesse. Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne expérience et un hôtel que nous recommandons particulièrement pour un séjour en famille. 😊

Personnel génial le monsieur du bar exceptionnel un service plus que parfait la réceptionniste à lunette également est super par contre une est tout le temps assise caché derrière dans les fauteuil et pas très agréable Les femmes de ménage sont super et efficace magnifique Seul bémol pour la chambre familiale pour 4adultes a noter que le 4e lit ne peut accueillir un adulte ou adolescent car il doit faire 150cm de long Sinon hotel super piscine transat top je recommande fortement

Det fineste hotellet jeg har vært på på lenge. Nydelig rolig hotell ikke midt i byen. Oppe i en skråning med utsikt utover byen. En 10-15 min gåtur til stranda, kortere til byen. Rent og pent! Verdens søteste og serviceinnstilte personalet. Spesielt Dave I pool baren! For en søt og god person. Han gjorde slik at vi hadde det beste oppholdet. Nydelig frokost! Fint bassengområde. Litt minus at de ikke tilbyr lunsj/middag. Men de er veldig behjelpelig med å bestille mat for deg til hotellet. Veldig fine rom. Vi hadde en familiesuite for 2 voksne og 2 på 13 og 16. To separate rom med senger. Helt topp! Anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste!!

Fantastisk sted! Vi var der som par og havde en virkelig god oplevelse. Især ham fyren i poolbaren fortjener ros – han var simpelthen den sødeste og mest servicemindede person. Han sørgede altid for, at man havde det, man skulle bruge, og gjorde bare oplevelsen endnu bedre. Stedet har to skønne pools, og stemningen er dejlig rolig og afslappende. Det var lige præcis den type ferie, vi havde håbet på. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen, hvis turen går til Ksamil en anden gang.

Ein super tolles Hotel! Lage top, da es ruhig gelegen ist (bisschen Bergauf),jedoch nur paar Minuten vom Zentrum mit viele Restaurant usw. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt.Wir hatten eine super tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch das Frühstück war für uns top, eine gute Auswahl, so dass für jeden was dabei ist und vor allem immer genügen verschiedenes Obst. Wir würden wieder kommen! Kleine Optimierung wäre ein Duschraum oder Änliches für Gäste die später abreisen:) Und es wäre ausreichend wenn man die Handtücher alle zwei Tage austauscht oder mit einer Regelung wenn diese auf dem Boden liegen als Tauschaufforderung. Ist nett gemeint sie täglich zu wechseln aber nicht nötig . Viele Dank Ori Mare für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalte!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in questo hotel e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. Tutto è stato eccellente: camere pulite, moderne e confortevoli, personale sempre sorridente, gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. La posizione è ottima, lontano dal caos e permette di raggiungere facilmente le spiagge più belle della zona. La colazione è varia e di qualità, e in generale si percepisce molta cura in ogni dettaglio. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff per averci fatto sentire come a casa. Se torneremo a Ksamil, sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel. Lo consigliamo a chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax e dell’ospitalità.

Ma meilleure expérience d'hébergement à ce jour. Piscine, barman qui vous apporte votre boisson fraîche au bord de la piscine, s'il vous faut quelque chose, il vous l'apportera avant même que vous vous en rendez compte. Chambre incroyable, avec vu incroyable, je recommande.
