In the heart of the Istrian village of Načinovići, Apartment Leana is a hidden gem for those seeking tranquillity and the beauty of Istria’s natural landscapes. This modern, air-conditioned apartment for 3 is perfect for couples or small groups, combining comfort and elegance with a breathtaking view of the sea and the entire Kvarner Bay.  
  
The sea-view apartment features a bright and spacious living area that is thoughtfully furnished with a contemporary touch, providing a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. One of the apartment’s highlights is the large terrace with a BBQ, where you can soak in the spectacular sea views and savour outdoor meals. The terrace is the ideal spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the Adriatic or to spend evenings grilling fresh local delicacies and enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets on the horizon.  
  
The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay: a modern open kitchen with essential appliances, and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

The holiday apartment is in the hamlet of Načinovići, situated on the Adriatic coast, a 20-minute walk (a 5-minute drive) to the local beach (Beach Bobina). For history lovers, the property is a 25-minute drive from the centre of the medieval village of Brseč. With a history of Venetian rule, the village has a unique character reflected in its architecture and cultural heritage.  
  
For visitors who enjoy nature, the Učka Nature Park is a 40-minute drive from where guests can explore hiking trails and the diverse flora and fauna of the region. Mošćenička Draga a small coastal resort situated at the foot of the Ucka Mountain range is a 36-minute drive from the accommodation. This town is famous for its beautiful pebble beaches and crystal-clear waters. Sipar Beach and Mošćenička Draga Beach are both a 38-minute drive away and among the most popular spots for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.  
  
The town of Opatija is a 53-minute drive along the coast, here guests will find a selection of shops and restaurants, an indoor aquatic centre and a wellness centre including a sauna, solarium, massage and a thalassotherapy spa.  
  
The closest airport to the accommodation is Pula Airport approximately an one-hour’s drive away.
