Your accommodation - a spacious and comfortable villa - really has everything you need for a successful holiday. You have a spacious, well maintained and fenced garden (500 m2) with a pool (4.5 m) with deck chairs, two covered and furnished terraces, one with barbecue, a trampoline, a spacious car park and a garage. You can also make free use of bicycles that the owner has to offer. The town itself has all the necessary facilities, including a restaurant, a shop, a post office and an ATM. The whole area is an excellent starting point for visiting many tourist destinations and offers varied opportunities for walking and cycling. During your walk or bike ride you can admire the beautiful, clean nature and picturesque scenery, enjoy the peace and relax. The scenic foothills of the Sumava Mountains have many beautiful mixed forests and ponds. Given the strategic location of this house, you can take cultural trips to famous cities such as Ceske Budejovice a Cesky Krumlov (17 km), Holasovice (10 km), Kloster Zlata Koruna (10 km) and the famous castle Hluboka nad Vltavou (26 km). On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, a storage closet and a cozy dining area for 8 people. The comfortable living room has a luxury sofa and armchair, coffee table, SMART TV with satellite connection, a CD / DVD player, radio and cabinets. The dining area includes a table with 6 chairs and an even warmer atmosphere is ensured by a wood burning stove. From the living room you have access to the balcony with a sitting area and a beautiful view of the Klet mountain.
