« Wunderschönes Studio in toller Lage, absolut gigantischer Ausblick. Der Balkon ist praktisch ein weiteres Zimmer mit Blick auf die Gemmi bzw. Richtung Rhonetal. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen sauber und ruhig. Die abschließbare Garage ist sehr praktisch, Einrichtung funktioniert, Küche vom Geschirr her für echte Selbstversorger etwas mager ausgestattet, aber guter Herd u Backofen, Kühlschrank mit 3-Sterne-Fach.
