Overall I was really impressed with this hotel. Location was perfect as literally right next to the square. The rooms were clean, had a great layout and good amenities. The staff were also helpful and friendly. On arrival we was provided with a map and advice on where things were. When checking out they were patient in us being slightly late. The building it’s in is very nice. We had two rooms of four people in each and there was plenty of space with the unique two floor style. One thing we wasn’t aware of was how we had to pay a 300 Zloty deposit each for having a large group staying, but this was no bother as you get this back as we did as long as you take good care of the rooms. So not a problem but perhaps should be mentioned on here. Overall though Me and my friends would like to thank you for a great stay and definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Krakow.

This hotel is not the Ritz, but it very central and has everything that you would need, and is very clean. The price to stay is extremely keen, and the staff are friendly and helpful - This is the second time i have stayed here with a small group

The location was realy perfect in the heart of the city center, only 100 meters from the main square. Travellers by their own car should be much better informed upfront, how to get at the adress and where to park, as it is a restricted area to cars and all one way streets.

Love the building and neighborhood. I had a late check in and they were great to accommodate. I also had a late and very early transportation to and from the airport and THAT GUY was delightful. The desk guy I asked for extra towels was NOT delightful. He said, “what happened to the towels you had?” I’m like, there’s 6 of us and we’ve been here for two days and I would like a clean towel... He grudgingly said he would bring me extra towels, but he never did.

Great family run hotel
Hotel was great, perfect location. Staff so friendly and go out their way for you. We arrived during an unusual heatwave so the room was very hot, could have done with air conditioning. Apart from that it was an amazing start and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Great little place in the heart of Krakow
The hotel was exactly as pictured, check in was quick and friendly, location was amazing! Great and affordable place to stay for a family of four. Great little coffee shop right next door too!

Great March weekend at the Rembrandt in Krakow.
Remek is a great host who will help as much as he can, i.e. arranging your day trips. It's well worth using their shuttle service & you're only a 2 minute walk to the main square. I'll definitely try here first if I return to Krakow.

Great Stay
Great stay. Our flight landed at 23.30 which was after the check in was due to end. The hotel picked us up from the airport and allowed us to check in late. The room was lovely. Small but very good for the price paid. The room and hotel itself was cleaned daily and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here next time we visit krakow. Also, there is a lovely Thai restaurant a few doors down which we really enjoyed.

Dear Guest, we are trully sorry for inconviniences. As an aparthotel we are only a part of the whole building. The property administration has informed all the users about the necessary reconstruction works just a month before the beginning of the works. They also estimated that it will take one month. Imiediately after receiveing this information, we have sent information email to all the guests who had had reservation in our hotel during that time. While the reconstruction works everything was closed - the office, the reception and the rooms. It caused big difficulties with communication, there were only construction workers in the building. Unfotunately aministration has informed us that works would be prolonged. At the moment everything is finished and looks much better than before. Once again we sincerely apologize for inconviniences and invite to visit our freshly renovated aparthotel.

Fantastic location , 100yds from main Square.
Great location , so close to main square , staff were very helpful, the room was lovely and clean , so reasonably priced for being so near main Square. If you are wanting a hotel where you are not spending time in as you are out and about all day and night but want to come back to comfort and cleanliness this is the one , this is perfect for location . we really enjoyed Krakow with its historical beauty and will return booking this hotel if available.

Clean, Cozy Room in the Old Town Centre
Check in was a breeze. Room was excellent! Tea, coffee and a kettle offered. Bathroom was great, excellent shower pressure. I gave it 4 stars because the mattress was somewhat uncomfortable, I like a more firm mattress and you did have to sleep with windows open as there was no AC. But those 2 things are no big deal. I would stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

Ideally situated for the old town square,less than 1 minute walk. Hotel staff did everything they could to maka our stay as pleasurable as possible,provided portable fans for our room as Krakow was hoing though a mini heatwave at the time,they also gave us a travel adapter to use as we had brought the wrong type. Nothing was too much trouble and they were keen to show what Krakow and their hotel/cafe had to offer. We booked airport transfers and trips with them and Remek was there to meet us at the airport and take us to the hotel as planned.

The hotel was close to the town square but the room was not that clean, food in the fridge from previous people and stains on the linens. Also it did not have air conditioning which it didn’t say it did on Expedia but we just figured with it being a hotel it would. The location was very ideal though and staff was friendly.

Great hotel very close to the main square & Wawel
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle available. They offer a voucher for a breakfast combo at the coffee shop below the hotel. No elevator and the hotel is on the second level.

Place needed a good dust but sheets were clean. Very noisy on the Saturday night and Sunday morning but otherwise ok. Oh and it stated a microwave but there wasn’t one.

Perfect location
Can't fault this hotel! 10 second walk from main square yet very quiet inside your room, comfy bed, large and clean room, microwave and fridge as well tea/coffee facilities. Would recommend to anyone wanting local accommodation with easy access to all of krakow.

Ideal Location of Hotel for short break.
We went to Kraków for a 3 night break, taking in the atmosphere of the Christmas market and local sites. What a beautiful place it is. The people are very friendly and the food was very good at a very reasonable prices. Would definitely go back.

it was an amazing stay the room was perfect for a family it did look a little daunting going up the stairs to the hotel but once you met Remeck and got into your room it was just great. well worth a visit and i cant recommend the Rembrandt enough.

The Remnant hotel is small, up 2 flights of stairs and has no lift (apparently coming soon) and the bar /cafe is located next door, but I would stay here again for the location and service..Staying here you are on the main square with all its bars and restaurants and historic buildings. The hotel owner collected us in the airport and dropped us back and also drove us to Auschwitz and waited until our tour was over. Beds were comfortable, I would have no problem staying here again

Experience Living In Krakow!
The location was perfect for all of our sightseeing needs and the apartment was the clean, spacious and comfortable space we were looking for. As is in a lot of Europe the building did not have an elevator so you do have to lift your luggage up and down the stairs when you arrive and depart but a moment of carrying your luggage isn't an inconvenience for us. Also, the staff was so helpful they would probably have helped had we not taken them up ourselves. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, even the easy 40 minutes to Schindler's Factory. There are trams everywhere though so if you're not up for walking, you definitely have the tram option. Many great restaurants attached to the building and within the nearby square. Cafe Choco has fantastic desserts! We utilized the airport transfer service through Rembrandt as well and the personal service was wonderful. Come stay and experience how it would be to live in your own apartment in Krakow!

Excellent apartment
Hotel/apartment is in an excellent location just off the main square. Really handy for bars, restaurants, shops and sights but quiet enough that we weren't disturbed by the noise from the main square. Our room was really clean and had a fridge, kettle, microwave, safe and hairdryer - everything we needed. The owner, Remek, picked us up from the airport and we were at the apartment in about 15-20 minutes. Can't recommend this place highly enough - would definitely stay again.

Location is GREAT but that's it!
Arriving at the place was easy, checking in was a different story! We found out that the whole check in is done on the next door Cafe, which is "ok". The girls (workers) were nice, they had a weird attitude though. To us, they seemed to be afraid of something or someone but maybe it might have been my wrong reading about them, anyway It was already almost 9pm and they could not find our reservation, they held us there in that Coffee place for more than 1 hour and a half! Outrageous! By that time I was night being do polite and after they found out reservation although I had proofs, numbers and do on they did not have a clean room! The "wife" of the owner took one or two girls to spruce up the room but it wasn't! The toilet was full of peesplashes all over! The room very claustrophobic windows would NOT open and it was very warm! By the time we managed to take a shower and... Yes, another problem! Cold water! :-/ We had to wait 1 hour more, we were extremely tired we'd flown from Brasil to Washington then to Frankfurt and then Kraków Again, tired, starving... Guess what? It was almost 11:40 pm all restaurants nearby were closing just the top expensive Ines were late opened! Anyway The next day, no water to take a shower, the "owner" said it was a city problem not his problem!! He said it was like that for only 30 min but it was actually more than 2 hours! At the end he gave us 40% off from the first day. I, myself would NOT have charged 1 day at all!

Krakow - Perfection
Wonderful city, aided by the hotel which has a fantastic location just a minutes walk from the main square. The hotel owner (Remick) could not do enough for us - collecting us from the airport, and private car trips to the salt mines and to the concentration camps were excellent, and then when we sadly had to fly home, he dropped us back at the airport. Would highly recommend, the hotel which is perfect when you are on a budget and want to spend your money in the bars and restaurants , which are plentiful too.

Comfortable and convenient
It's position in the old part of town in Krakow was most pleasing with it being a short walk away from the central square from which all tourist activities seem to start. The abundance of churches, shops and restaurants means you don't have to wander far to get anything. Staff are very friendly and helpful with our room and bathroom having all we'd expected. Our travel to other places was well taken care of at competitive prices. WiFi was good. All was as expected whilst pleasing.

Hotel close to Exchange Square
No lift! but much the same I think in most private hotels! Room was fine and lots of hot water! Room too warm over night and although got temperature down still warm! Had power cut one nightluckily when had just got home and problems with plumbing but latter fixed quickly! Hotel on second floor and given no lift was glad that suitcase not heavy!

Good value for money. Superb customer service. Airport transfers great and good value. 2 bedded apartment was clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. Double bedroom had no window and a glass panelled door. The living room had scaffolding outside overlooking a grotty courtyard. BUT the location, staff and comfort of the bedrooms meant that I would really recommend this hotel apartment
