The living area has access to a private balcony equipped with garden furniture - an ideal place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. There are two separate bedrooms. The first is a bright, cozy interior with a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet. The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed, which can serve as both a comfortable place to sleep and a relaxation zone. The room also has a TV, a closet for clothes, and for guests working remotely or studying there is a comfortable desk with a chair. The functionality of the apartment is further enhanced, thanks to a wealth of furnishings and amenities. These amenities include multimedia (a flat-screen Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi) and full bathroom and kitchen facilities, such as a washing machine with dryer option, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
