The Space:  
The suite for six people features a bright and elegant design that combines comfort with modern amenities. It features three spacious bedrooms, where each is equipped with a large king-size double bed. In addition, each bedroom has a desk with a chair, creating the perfect environment for remote work. In one of the bedrooms, guests can enjoy direct access to a furnished balcony, which is perfect for morning relaxation outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals, including an electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. A dining area is located in the kitchen. The apartment also provides high-speed WiFi access in each room for uninterrupted internet use. The bathroom is equipped with a set of complimentary toiletries and fresh towels, making your stay more comfortable. The washing machine will certainly come in handy during longer stays. Two parking spaces in the underground garage are also at guests' disposal.

This modern building is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, making it a great place to unwind for couples as well as groups of friends, business travelers or parents with children. The property has to offer visitors parking spaces in an underground garage hall. The property is located close to numerous stores, retail outlets, restaurants and cafes. The two nearest stores are located just a three-minute walk from the building. A nearby eatery and bakery can be reached in just five minutes. The property is close to the Tauron Arena, to which the distance can be covered on foot in just twenty minutes, as well as to the nearby Aviators Park. It takes only ten minutes by car to reach the Old Town, where you can admire the magnificent architecture and numerous monuments. The route to the tennis court, the shopping center, the outdoor gym, the park, the swimming pool and the train station, on the other hand, takes only six to eight minutes. Less than half an hour is enough to reach the airport. The place is well connected with the rest of the city - only a few minutes separate the building from numerous bus and streetcar stops.
