This bright and spacious air-conditioned apartment is designed for four people and is located on the second floor. The unit is decorated in muted shades of beige and wood, making the interior cozy yet stylish. The apartment has two bedrooms. The first features a double sofa bed, a wooden table, a television with access to cable channels, as well as a dining table with chairs. The second, on the other hand, is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a desk for comfortable remote work during business trips. From this bedroom you can access the dressing room, which is an ideal place to store brought clothes or shoes. Visitors can easily and quickly prepare meals in a separate kitchen with an intimate dining area. Here guests can use such appliances as a coffee machine, an oven with microwave function and an electric kettle. From the kitchen you can access the balcony, which overlooks the atmospheric and peaceful surroundings. A welcome toiletries set with towels, a washer-dryer, a shower and a hairdryer are available in the bathroom.

This atmospheric building is located right next to a picturesque park with a charming fountain, children's play space and a bar. It is a perfect place to relax for parents traveling with their kids, lovers of greenery and intimate atmosphere, as well as groups of friends and participants of business trips. A grocery store is just a 7-minute walk away, providing convenience for daily shopping. Motorized guests can use the public paid parking spaces located in the area. There is no shortage of eateries nearby, where you can sample dishes from various parts of the world. In just 3-6 minutes you can walk to as many as eight nearby restaurants. The walk to the market square with its numerous monuments and beautiful architecture takes 20 minutes. It takes 12-13 minutes to get to the railway station and shopping center, while the car route to the bowling alley, airport, tennis court and water park takes 10-23 minutes. The place is well connected to the rest of the city, thanks to the close proximity of public transportation stops. This is a great location for both short and long stays.
